筋トレ初めて３年目！ 体の変化とは…..?

ジムでトレーニングをし始めて３年目。

体はどうなった？ はい。確実に大きく変わりました笑

体だけでは無く色々意味で….!

体の面で言うと、やはりサプリメントの効果はバカデカイと感じてるのは正直なところ。食事からでは筋肉を思うように筋肥大させるのにはかなり食事量と様々な努力が必要になる事は明確に分かった。それだけにサプリメントには多少なりともお金使ってるし今現在も。。　日々ジムに行きトレーニング、自重トレーニングも含めこの効果をより早くしっかり出すのにも食事やサプリが必須。

筋トレやる前は何も分からなかったサプリメントの必要性も今では分かる。普通に考えても分かるように人間も動物と同じ、食べて育つ、食べなければ痩せて行く、食べ過ぎれば脂肪が多く付き太る、当たり前の事なのに、筋トレ初心者の頃は実際そこまで食事の大切さやサプリメントの必要性は理解して居なかった。こうして３年目（まだまだ赤ん坊だけど）にして経験とともに深く意味を理解出来るようになってきたのはこうして続けてこれた事が１番の教材。

物事辞めてしまえばそれまで。 世の中で１番難しいのは何かを続ける事なのかもしれない。やり始めは、好奇心高くずっとやれると誰もが思うが一ヶ月も半年もすればある程度分かる。続くか続かないか。継続は力なり　言うのは簡単   実際やり続けるのはずっともっと難しい。長く続けるものだけが分かる世界。まだまだ人生続く限り続けて行きたいと感じるこの３年目でした！
